Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  2. Put sweet potatoes in an ungreased baking dish.
  3. Place apples on top and then cranberries.
  4. Mix the flour, salt, sugar, Splenda and nutmeg and sprinkle on top.
  5. Drizzle with olive oil.
  6. Bake for 45-60 minutes just until sweet potatoes are fork tender but still firm.
