- 3 kiwi fruits
- 1 large banana
- 2⁄3 cup almond milk
- 1 tablespoon chia seeds
- 1 1⁄2 cups spinach leaves
- 1⁄4 cup kale
- 1 slice gingerroot
- 6 ice cubes
directions
- Add ice, frozen bananas, and ginger root first to the awesome blender that you must have to make a good smoothie.
- Add rest of ingredients.
- Blend for 2-3 minutes until smooth.
- Serve right away.
