  1. Peel oranges -- obviously.
  2. Use frozen bananas and pineapple chunks (fresh) and cut into smallish pieces.
  3. Add all veggies and fruit to blender like Vitamix or Blendtec.
  4. Pour in almond milk.
  5. Blend it's little heart out! Use the tamper to smoosh everything down!
  6. Enjoy!
