Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 400 F.
  2. Put dough in a pie plate, crimp the edges and line with foil.
  3. Pour pie weights on top and bake until the crust sets (20 minutes).
  4. Remove foil with weights ad bake the crust until it is golden (another 15 minutes).
  5. Remove the crust from the oven.
  6. Reduce oven temperature to 375 F.
  7. Put sausage and bacon in a cold, large skillet over medium heat and cook until browned.
  8. Drain fat from skillet.
  9. Spread potatoes evenly over the bottom of the crust.
  10. Place sausage and bacon over potatoes.
  11. Beat the eggs with the half and half and pour over meat.
  12. Bake until set (30-45 minutes).
