  • Mix raw ground beef, bread crumbs, milk, seasonings, and egg and form into small balls. Bake on a cookie sheet at 350F for 10-15 minutes or until no longer pink inside. Place meatballs in an 8×8 baking dish. Mix soup and milk for gravy. Pour over meatballs. Bake covered at 350F for 30 minutes. Uncover, and bake 10 minutes longer. Serve meatballs and gravy over mashed potatoes or rice, if desired.
  • Freezing Directions:

Place meatballs in an 8×8 baking dish. Mix soup and milk for gravy. Pour over meatballs. Cover with foil, seal, label, and freeze. To serve: Bake covered at 350F for 1 hour (no need to thaw). Uncover, and bake 10 minutes longer. Serve meatballs and gravy over mashed potatoes or rice, if desired.
