  1. Combine first eight ingredients. Mix well.
  2. Add ground beef and 1/4 cup catsup. Mix well.
  3. Place into 9x13 baking dish and form a loaf shape.
  4. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour.
  5. For the topping mix 1/4 cup catsup, dry mustard, and brown sugar. After the meatloaf bakes for one hour, top with catsup mixture and bake for 15 minutes.
