  • Brown meat in drippings; add onion, tomatoes, tomato sauce and seasonings.
  • Drain lima beans and heat with margarine.
  • Fold the two mixtures together and pour into a greased casserole.
  • Make small amount of biscuit dough and roll out into a square 1/4" thick. Spread from center to edge with catsup and roll like a jelly roll. Cut into 1" slices and place over meat mixture.
  • Bake in 425 degree oven for 25-30 minutes, or until biscuits are done.
  • SHORTCUT: Use canned buttermilk biscuits; press together and spread with catsup; roll and slice as above.
