Meat Shop Managers, "magic" Meatloaf

“I grew up in Montana, and have always been a meat and potatoes kind of guy. I now live in Minnesota and manage a well known meat shop, and feel this is a great recipe comprised of my own ideas, along with many of my customers favorite ingredients. More flavor than I have ever experienced in a meatloaf.”

Directions

  1. Combine all ingredients in large bowl except for ketchup and brown sugar. Mix well. Place in a loaf baking pan, form into the shape of a loaf. Mix ketchup and brown sugar together. Once mixed well, spread over top of meatloaf. Cover, and bake 350F for 1 hour, to 1 hour 15 minute.
