Ingredients: 1/2 lb ground pork; 1/2 lb lean ground beef, not less than 85%; 1 lb ground fresh maple sausage, fresh maple links chopped or ground in a food processor in a pinch; 2 eggs; 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce; 1/4 teaspoon salt; 3/4 cup whole milk or 3/4 cup half-and-half cream, will work; 1 (1 1/4 ounce) package Lipton Onion Soup Mix; 3/4 cup crushed saltine crackers; 2/3 cup grated parmesan cheese; 3/4 cup ketchup; 1/4 cup brown sugar

I now live in Minnesota and manage a well known meat shop, and feel this is a great recipe comprised of my own ideas, along with many of my customers favorite ingredients. More flavor than I have ever experienced in a meatloaf."

ingredients

¹⁄₂ lb ground pork
¹⁄₂ lb lean ground beef, not less than 85%
1 lb ground fresh maple sausage, fresh maple links chopped or ground in a food processor in a pinch
2 eggs
1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
¹⁄₄ teaspoon salt
³⁄₄ cup whole milk or 3/4 cup half-and-half cream, will work
1 (1 1/4 ounce) package Lipton Onion Soup Mix
³⁄₄ cup crushed saltine crackers
²⁄₃ cup grated parmesan cheese
³⁄₄ cup ketchup
¹⁄₄ cup brown sugar

directions

Combine all ingredients in large bowl except for ketchup and brown sugar. Mix well. Place in a loaf baking pan, form into the shape of a loaf. Mix ketchup and brown sugar together. Once mixed well, spread over top of meatloaf. Cover, and bake 350F for 1 hour, to 1 hour 15 minute.
