- 1⁄2 lb ground beef
- 3⁄4 teaspoon soy sauce
- 1 teaspoon prepared mustard
- 1 teaspoon catsup
- 1 1⁄4 teaspoons Worcestershire sauce
- 1⁄4 teaspoon salt
- 1⁄4 teaspoon garlic salt
directions
- Mix all the ingredients lightly.
- Shape into 16 small balls. Saute' slowly in a skillet until the meatballs are browned and done.
- Serve warm or cold.
