Directions

  1. Mix together; ground beef, garlic, minced onion, milk, salt, pepper and bread crumbs.
  2. Make into balls (about the size of a ping-pong ball).
  3. In skillet brown meatballs in vegtable oil.
  4. Pour in can of beef broth and simmer 20 minutes.
  5. Thicken with cornstarch and water.
  6. Serve over buttered noodles.
  7. Enjoy!
