  1. Very easy to make up and they taste incredible!!! Used them on a hoagie tonight. Will use them with pasta another night this week and will freeze a dozen. Thank you for sharing this recipe.

  2. I doubled this recipe to make meatballs for OAMC. I made my meatballs a little smaller, making a total of about 100 (double recipe). I froze in 5 batches of 20 meatballs each. I don't see freezer or OAMC mentioned, so this is to let everyone know this works well for freezing.

  3. We loved these! I made half a batch, because there's only two of us, with ground beef since that's what I had on hand. I whizzed it all together in the food processor. They went beautifully with my spaghetti! Yum!

  4. These are just delicious. I used 1 1/2 pounds of lean ground turkey breast instead of half turkey, half beef. They were just wonderful! We served them with hash browns and carrots and green beans. Thanks for posting such a great recipe.

  5. Made this last night, it was wonderful. I just added a few gloves of minced garlic. Thanks

  2. Halved this recipe as there are only two of us and used equal amounts of a mixture of ground beef, veal and pork instead of the turkey and beef. Just loved the Montreal Steak seasoning in these meatballs. I use it in a lot of my cooking. Also added 1 clove of minced garlic. Put the meatballs in my spaghetti sauce for a delicious meal. Thanks, Carrie for a recipe I will surely use again.
