  • Pre-heat oven to 350.
  • In a medium or large bowl knead together all ingredients. Form into decent size balls and place on a greased cookie sheet or pizza pan.
  • Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until browned on outside. (Baking time may vary for your oven!).

  1. Fantastic. I liked this a lot more than with breadcrumbs. This is going to be how I do it from now on. BTW, I didn't have any quick oats - regular oats worked fine.
     
  2. Amazing, easy, and very cheap recipe! I used water instead of milk and they still came out amazing!!!! If you decide to half the recipe than beat the egg before u add it because thats the only way you can add half an egg

  4. I Like to use this recipe and freeze. Then I have already cooked meatballs to quickly add to anything--Swedish meatballs, sub-sandwich, spaghetti, put as the meat in a salad (I like cold). Whenever I need a quick meat they are ready.
     
  5. I used 1lb ground mild Italian sausage and 3/4 lb berger, added minced onion and garlic salt. These are way better than the bread crumb ones!
