For Meatballs
- 1 lb hamburger meat
- 1⁄4 cup rice, uncooked
- 2 teaspoons chili powder
- 1⁄2 teaspoon salt
- 1⁄4 cup milk
- 1 egg

For Sauce
- 2 (8 ounce) cans tomato sauce
- 1 (6 ounce) can tomato paste
- 1 quart water
- 1 medium onion, sliced
- 1 green pepper, diced
- 1 tablespoon chili powder

For Meatballs:
- Mix all ingredients together; roll into balls and cook in skillet until brown.
- Then simmer in sauce for 1 1/2 hours.
- For Sauce;.
- Combine all ingredients and simmer with meatballs.
