Ingredients: 1 lb ground veal; 1 lb ground pork; 1 lb ground beef; 16 ounces boursin cheese; 1/2 vidalia onion, chopped; 2 eggs; 1 1/2 cups Italian seasoned breadcrumbs; 8 ounces sliced mushrooms; 1 cup minced castelvetrano green olives; 1 teaspoon garlic salt; 1 teaspoon pepper

ingredients

1 lb ground veal
1 lb ground pork
1 lb ground beef
16 ounces boursin cheese
¹⁄₂ vidalia onion, chopped
2 eggs
1 ¹⁄₂ cups Italian seasoned breadcrumbs
8 ounces sliced mushrooms
1 cup minced castelvetrano green olives
1 teaspoon garlic salt
1 teaspoon pepper

directions

mix all ingredients well, form into small meatballs , place on cookie sheet.
cook at 400 for 30 minutes.
extra can be frozen and cooked later!
