Loved this recipe I used all the directed ingredients and tomato paste as well. I made a nice large 3lb meatloaf it was delicious. Thanks for the help. I will use this recipe again.

Ingredients Nutrition

1360.77 g ground chuck
236.59 ml ketchup
473.18 ml Italian seasoned breadcrumbs
1 egg
1 Spanish onion, diced
1 large green pepper, diced
37.78 g dry onion soup mix

Directions

Mix all ingredients together, form into a loaf, and place on a roasting pan that has been sprayed with nonstick cooking spray.
Bake in a 350 degree Fahrenheit oven for 1 1/2 hours.
