  1. This recipe was so good. I don't even like meatloaf! I didn't do the sauce because I didn't have the ingredients for it. I also made mine in a muffin tin. It's was slightly too moist for me, but other than that DELICIOUS!

  2. I just made this recipe today, but only made it for 1/2lb of ground beef. Even at the smaller recipe, the meatloaf held up terrifically! The sauce for the top of the meatloaf really makes this recipe great. If you're out of breadcrumbs, you might want to substitute saltine cracker crumbs for breadcrumbs; they worked just as well as the breadcrumbs.

  3. I just made this meatloaf last night for my hubby and mother-in-law. My hubby loves my meatloaf, but I am bored with it. I tried this new recipe and I love meatloaf again. My hubby also loved this more than my original recipe. It is so simple to make and it really is juicy and tender. Thanks so much for posting this recipe. After having this meatloaf, I won't even bother looking for a new recipe. I followed the recipe exactly as you posted it.

  4. *Made for PAC Fall 2007* A simple recipe that is fast to put together. I thought the sauce was a little tangy for our taste, but I did use a dijon mustard and that may be why. When first mixing everything together it seemed almost too moist, but the bread crumbs soaked up the liquid nicely. This is a little less firm than a tradiotional meatloaf, but quite tasty nonetheless. DH said he would be pleased if we had it again :) Nick's Mom
