Great recipe. I had friends come over unexpectedly and they loved the way it smelled in the oven and wound up staying for dinner! I used a meatloaf mix of beef, pork and veal and only used 1/2 an onion since I had it cut already-I will make this again. It has a nice flavor and everyone enjoyed it. It aslo uses ingredients I always have at home. Mine was done before an hour and a half (It was more like a 1 1/2 lbs.) Thanks! Updated review- I have also used dried onion flakes and onion powder and garlic powder for this. You say to add "seasoning packet" but I think you mean "seasonings" but I just noticed that tonight. Thanks again.

I loved this! The recipe was simple and convenient, so as a college student living in a dorm, I was still able to make it. I felt like there might've been too much onion, but I might not have chopped it fine enough. Next time I think I'll use a little less breadcrumbs and let the onions soften up a little before I add them in. Overall, huge success. Thank you!
