- 2 lbs ground beef, 80/20
- 6 ounces crackers
- 1⁄2 cup ketchup
- 1 egg
- 1 1⁄2 teaspoons onion powder
- 1⁄2 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
- 1 1⁄2 teaspoons garlic powder
directions
- Knead all ingredients together.
- Cook at 350 degrees for 1 to 1 1/2 hours.
