Meatloaf Sandwiches

Ingredients Nutrition

  • 12 inch thick leftover meatloaf
  • 2 slices monterey jack cheese (or which ever deli cheese you have on hand)
  • 2 slices whole grain bread
  • olive oil

Directions

  1. Place meat loaf slice between 2 slices of cheese and 2 slices of bread.
  2. Brush outside of sandwich with olive oil.
  3. Over medium low heat cook sandwich in skillet, turning (3-5 minutes per side).
