Ingredients Nutrition


  1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
  2. Mix all ingredients for meatloaf together.
  3. Spread evenly into a 9" square baking pan.
  4. Bake for 20 minutes.
  5. Cook frozen green beans with 2 tablespoons.
  6. water in a microwave safe container for 5 minutes.
  7. Stir beans, and microwave for another 5 minutes.
  8. Drain the beans and add mushroom soup, 1/2 can of the french fried onions, milk, salt, and pepper.
  9. Microwave this for an additional 3 minutes.
  10. Boil the potatoes in enough water to cover for approximately 20 minutes, or until tender enough to mash.
  11. Drain potatoes and mash with butter, milk, garlic salt, and Mrs. Dash Seasoning.
  12. (You may wish to add additional milk if the potatoes are thicker than you prefer.) Spread bean mixture over meatloaf layer.
  13. Spread mashed potatoes over bean layer.
  14. Sprinkle with the remaining 1/2 can french fried onions and paprika if desired.
  15. Bake 15 minutes to brown the top.
