  1. I wanted to try a new meatloaf recipe... I thought this was excellent but, family and friends asked me to stick to my old recipe. Left out the green pepper as I am not a fan; otherwise made as written. Very good... Thanks!

  2. DH is not always happy when I make meatloaf but this one he ate with no fuss at all. I used ground chuck and after adding all the ingredients had a pretty "wet" mixture. Added a small chopped red pepper and used Stove Top herb stuffing mix. After 50 minutes of baking my meatloaf still needed more time so I added another 15 minutes. Moist and tasty with wonderful flavors. Think this is DH's favorite now! Made and reviewed for KK's Recipe Tag Game.

  3. A really well seasoned and tasty meatloaf w/just the right amount of flavor. I did omit the bell pepper per families preference, and only used two eggs. Perfectly moist and delicious. As DS stated....MMMMMmmmmmeatloaf!!! Made for HolidayTag

  5. Wow! This is such a moist and tender meatloaf. I left out the bell pepper only because I didn't have any when I went to make it. Frankly, I didn't miss it as the meatloaf was very flavorful. Made for the Potluck 2009 tag game.
