DH is not always happy when I make meatloaf but this one he ate with no fuss at all. I used ground chuck and after adding all the ingredients had a pretty "wet" mixture. Added a small chopped red pepper and used Stove Top herb stuffing mix. After 50 minutes of baking my meatloaf still needed more time so I added another 15 minutes. Moist and tasty with wonderful flavors. Think this is DH's favorite now! Made and reviewed for KK's Recipe Tag Game.
