Directions

  1. Fill a large bowl with warm, salted water.
  2. Break fettuccine in half, & put in the bowl; soak for 40-45 minutes.
  3. Drain bowl, then add 1.5 cups of the shredded Italian cheese & the remaining ingredients. Mix well.
  4. Pour into lightly greased 9 X 13 pan.
  5. Put into preheated 350 degree oven, uncovered for 20 minutes.
  6. Top with remaining 1.5 cups of shredded Italian cheese. Cook another 15-20 minutes until bubbly & cheese is melted. Let stand 5-10 minutes.
