  1. Bread chicken, season with salt and pepper, and saute in hot olive oil. keep warm in oven.
  2. In same pan, put tomatoes, scallions, garlic, stock, and Italian seasoning.
  3. Break up tomatoes so they are in small pieces.
  4. Cook until hot. Simmer until thicker.
  5. Spoon on top of chicken.
  6. Sprinkle with feta cheese.
