“This is a great recipe when you want more than a dip but not just the same old cracker toppings. Pair it with a bunch of different crackers but if you want just one pick Pepperidge Farm Baked Naturals Wheat Crisps. The flavor of this topping with that cracker is divine. This is easy to make and is a cool presentation. The colors make it good for the holidays but the Mediterranean flavor can make you feel like summer so enjoy all year round. Ingredients Nutrition

  • 1 cup cooked chicken breast, chopped (boneless, skinless, 5 oz)
  • 1 medium red pepper
  • 12 cup light mayonnaise
  • 2 green onions, sliced
  • 14 cup hydrated sun-dried tomato, chopped
  • 12 teaspoon italian seasoning
  • cracker

Directions

  1. Mix all ingredients except crackers togehter until well blended.
  2. Cover.
  3. Refridgerate for at least an hour to mix flavors
  4. Top each cracker with 1 tsp chicken mixture.
  5. Serve immediately.
