  • Heat large nonstick skillet sprayed with cooking spray on medium-high heat. Add chicken; cover skillet with lid. Cook 5 -7 minutes on each side or until chicken is cooked through (170F) , adding onion and zucchini after 5 minutes.
  • Add dressing, tomatoes, and olives; cover. Cook on medium-low heat 2 minutes or until heated through.
  • Stir mixture. Top with cheese; cover. Cook 2 minutes or until cheese is melted.
  • Serve with hot cooked rice and/or cut up pita bread to absorb some of the sauce.

  1. I found this recipe on the Kraft food's website a few months ago. It has become our very favorite. I chop the chicken into bite size chunks after cooking and before adding the red onion and zucchini. We serve it with crusty sour dough bread to soak up the juices. My fiance loves it so much he requests it at least once a month.

Her sweets are fantastics, especially her pound cakes, Yummm <br> <br>I guess the dish that I am famous for is my Christmas ham - my family all comes home for Christmas, and if i don't have my ham they are dissapointed, and my grandson wants the pistachio squares!!! so I guess that is the dishes that I'm famous for.
