- 1 lb chicken breast, cubed
- 1 (8 ounce) box frozen chopped spinach, thawed
- 2 garlic cloves
- 1⁄2 cup reduced-fat feta cheese
- 1⁄4 cup green olives, chopped
- 8 ounces whole wheat linguine
directions
- cook pasta according to package.
- cook chicken in oil.
- remove chicken from pan.
- saute spinach with garlic.
- add back in pasta.
- top with feta cheese and olives.
- enjoy!
