  1. I modified this a little, and it was great. I used a 12oz. package of rotini pasta. I used a fresh yellow pepper for color variation (didn't have roasted pepper on hand). I used parmesan instead of feta since I don't like feta. I diced vine ripe tomatoes since I didn't have grape tomatoes on hand. Great salad... my family loved it.<br/><br/>I also took this to a potluck ladies dinner and it was eaten up completely (there were many options).
     
  2. My family can't get enough of this salad. I add a small jar of marinated artichoke hearts as well (diced small). Excellent recipe!
