Ingredients Nutrition

  • 12 ounces tri-color spiral pasta (cooked, drained and cooled)
  • 12 cup feta cheese (I use parmesan bc I don't like feta)
  • 1 cup grape tomatoes, halved (or other tomatoes)
  • 1 cup cucumber, peeled and chopped
  • 12 cup kalamata olive, sliced (or black olives if you prefer)
  • 34 cup Italian dressing
  • 14 cup roasted red pepper (or fresh red or yellow pepper)

Directions

  1. 1) Toss all ingredients in a large bowl.
  2. 2) Cover and refrigerate at least 1 hour to blend flavors.
