Ingredients Nutrition

  • 3 cups catelli bistro fusilli (I used multi-coloured)
  • 1 yellow pepper (chopped)
  • 1 green pepper (chopped)
  • 13 cup sliced red onion
  • 6 tablespoons chopped parsley
  • 8 -10 olives (optional)
  • 1 12 cups cubed mozzarella cheese or 1 12 cups feta cheese
  • 8 -10 cherry tomatoes, cut in half
  • 34 cup bottled Italian salad dressing (or salad dressing of your choice)

Directions

  1. Cook fusilli according to package directions.
  2. Drain and rinse in cold water to cool.
  3. Combine fusilli with pepper, onion, parsley, olives, cheese and tomatoes.
  4. Add dressing and toss to coat.
