Directions

  1. Make the cheese sauce by blending together the cheese and all ingredients following.
  2. Whiz together in blender or food processer to form a chunky paste.
  3. You may need to add a little milk or yogurt to get the right consistency.
  4. Adjust seasoning to taste.
  5. Grill or pan fry burgers.
  6. For the last minute of cooking, place half a roasted red pepper on top to heat through.
  7. Toast muffins or buns.
  8. Spread bottom half of bun with tapenade.
  9. Place hot burger with pepper on top.
  10. Top with generous schmear of cheese sauce, sprouts is using, and remaining muffin or bun half.
  11. Eat and be satisfied.
