MeeMaw Marret's Perfect Party Punch

"This is a recipe that my grandmother made for our family get-togethers. It had no alcohol, so it's safe for kids but the adults love it too! Note that this requires freezing the day before and thawing for a few hours before serving. Also, note that people love the frozen part so much that they generally chunk off extra pieces to put in their drink, so it might not be a bad idea to make two batches, especially since it's frozen anyway and can be used later."

I am a corporate girl... spent my whole life (so far) focusing on my education and career. I come from a family of good cooks... both the men and the women. Southern cookers, to be more specific. I did not inherit the trait unfortunately, but also I have never had the opportunity to practice. To make matters worse, I cannot smell. At all. Nada. And I'm a picky eater, so finding foods that I can make and will eat, well that's a challenge. So I'm here to share some of my family's recipes and to pick up a few new ones to add to my cook book.
