  • Melt everything together in the microwave for 60 seconds. Whisk well. Cool in freezer.

  1. As is, it's a little too bittersweet for me (and I love dark chocolate) and too runny. I added some chocolate liquid stevia and a touch of honey. Then I added a little starch to thicken it up and it was good. I poured on a low sugar chocolate cake and I think it will be a good combo. Might use refined coconut oil next time, if the kids don't go for the slight coconut flavor (I hope they do.)
