  • mix all of the ingredients together very well.
  • Roll into 1 inch balls, place into a 9x13 nonstick cake pan.
  • Make the sauce and cover the meatballs evenly.
  • Cover and bake at 325* for about 1 1/2 hours.
  • Serve over rice.
  • **These also freeze well.

  1. These were so good! Very easy to make and very tasty. I used hot italian sausage and I think next time I will use regular because it was a little too hot. I served this with egg noodles. Thanks.

<p>I love to cook for large groups of people. I am always finding new dishes to cook for my family and friends. I have always made enough for my hubby to take leftovers for lunch and now it's to the point where I make sure he has enough for him and a few of the other guys to eat for lunch.</p>
