  • Preheat oven to 350.
  • Grease and flour pans.
  • Cream splenda, eggs, vanilla and oil.
  • Add dry ingredients.
  • Mix till combined.
  • Add in oats and zucchini, combine well.
  • Bake at 350 for 1 hour or longer if needed.
