ingredients
- 1 cup margarine
- 1 cup brown sugar
- 3 eggs, well beaten
- 3 cups plain flour
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 7 cups pecans
- 1⁄2 cup milk
- 3⁄4 lb white seedless raisin
- 6 slices crystallized pineapple (2 red, 2 green 2, yellow)
- 2 cups dates, chopped
- 2 cups cherries (1 red, 1 green)
directions
- Cream butter and sugar.
- Add eggs, flour, soda and cinnamon.
- Add milk then fruit mixture and nuts.
- Drop tea- spoonful on greased cookie sheet. Bake 5 minutes at 300 degrees.
- Makes more than a hundred.
