Methi Dosa

"This is an unuasual kind of dosa which my Mom prepares on a regular basis. I say unusual because, it doesn't look or taste like a dosa and because it doesn't need any kind of accompaniment like chutney or sambhar. We eat it with butter. I like this recipe because its easy to make and I reserve it for the days I feel bored to do any hard core cooking!"

My greatest passion in life is trying out new recipes and eating! This doesn't necessarily mean that I'm a good cook!!! But I always try to learn new things and experiment.
