  • Brown up meat.
  • While the meat is browning, dice up the pepper.
  • Drain the meat of any grease if there is any.
  • Put in diced peppers with meat, cook until peppers are soft.
  • Toss in rest of ingredients (include juice with tomatos).
  • Cover and simmer for 20-40 minutes (water should be gone and rice should be soft).
