  1. Set oven to 350 degrees F.
  2. Prepare greased muffin tins.
  3. Mix the first 6 dry ingredients in a bowl.
  4. Whisk in sour cream.
  5. Blend in eggs, then buttermilk and melted butter.
  6. Add the remaining ingredients; mix well.
  7. Add to dry ingredients.
  8. Spoon batter into prepared muffin tins.
  9. Bake for 15-20 minutes, or until golden brown.
