Mexi Dip

"This stuff is wonderful and fairly easy to fix! My friend, Deana makes this for all our work parties! I have guessed at cooking time, because I really have no clue how long it takes to brown the sausage or melt the cheese! It would depend on your method! Servings are also approximate, as we just spoon a bunch into a bowl with our chips."

 • Brown sausage and drain.
 • Melt Velveeta in a pot on stove.
 • Drain canned tomatoes.
 • Mix all 3 ingredients in pot.
 • Serve with tortillas.
 • You can also do this in the crockpot. Melt the Velveeta in the crockpot while you brown your sausage. Then mix it all in the crockpot. Leave on low until ready to serve.

 1. I've been making a version of this for quite awhile. It is really good and very easy. I brown sausage (or hamburger) and drain. I use regular velveeta (instead of the mexican style). I use rotel original (instead of plain tomatoes). Put it all in the crockpot.

I'm from a small town in southern West Virginia. I've been married for just over 11 years. It's just me and Chad at home. Chad is slowly recovering from necrotizing pancreatitis so I've had to take over the cooking. Chad is on a feeding tube and is very limited on what food he can eat, for now. For now, I use this site mostly for quick and inexpensive meals for one...until Chad can rejoin me at the dinner table.
