“Ragú® Recipe Contest Entry. I made this recipe for my family on April Fool's Day. I didn't want to make just Mac n Cheese, I wanted to surprise them with added flavors and textures, I also wanted to serve them something green.”

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Boil pasta per package
  2. Make guacamole: combine black beans, avacado, jalapeño, garlic, tomato, salt, pepper, chili powder and lime. Mash with a fork to desired consistency.
  3. Drain pasta and mix with Ragu cheese sauce and salsa. Pour into baking dish.
  4. Top Mac n Cheese with guacamole and crushed corn tortilla chips. Bake 12-15 minutes until chips are browned and piping hot. Enjoy!
  5. ***If you want to make your own chips it's easy. Preheat oven to 350, spray 6 tortillas with cooking spray, sprinkle with salt and pepper. Spread a single layer on a baking sheet for 12-15 minutes until light brown and crisp. Make sure to turn sheet pan once during baking. ****.
