  1. To Yooper: These burgers are really tasty. They're a nice change from "plain ole burgers" on a bun. Bet they'd be neat made into small meatballs and served with a good green chili for dippin, and flour tort triangles on the side. Thanks for sharing. Sincerely, Laudee

  2. I made half a recipe but made three burgers. Loved them cooked on the KJ. Served with Recipe #8739 and Recipe #95057.

  3. Delicious! I love doctoring up burgers and this recipe satisfies the grilled burger & Mexican cuisine cravings at the same time!

  4. Mmm, mmm, good! Served these at our Mexican dinner and they were great. DH was eating them right off the grill. It was a nice change from the usual Mexican or usual burgers. I only made a half recipe and added a bit extra salsa.

What can I say about myself that hasn't already been mentioned in the police reports? Just kidding! I'm a single guy who loves to cook! Good thing, or I'd starve or go broke eating out! I love to read, horror and mysteries are my favorite. Love music, (except rap) and I'm a huge Green Bay Packer Fan!
