  1. Place chicken broth, chicken and 2 cups water in large saucepan. Bring to a boil and then simmer 8-10 minutes, until the chicken is cooked through. Remove and shred.
  2. Return chicken to broth. Stir in beans, corn, rice, scallions, cilantro, salsa, and cumin. Cook 5 minutes. Serve with lime wedges.
