- 2 (680.38 g) can Mexican-style corn
- 236.59 ml sour cream
- 236.59 ml mayonnaise
- 113.39 g can chopped green chilies
- 473.18 ml grated sharp cheddar cheese
- 1-3 jalapeno, chopped
- 2.46-4.92 ml cayenne pepper
directions
- Drain the mexi-corn and the green chilis.
- Mix with the sour cream, mayo, cheddar, and jalapenos.
- Chill for 1 hour to allow flavors to meld.
- Add cayenne pepper to create the desired amount of "heat".

I wanted something different for a dip from salsa or cheese and so glad I found this. When I first mixed it up was afraid it was going to be to watery, but was I ever wrong, left overnight in the fridge and the next day it was perfect, followed your directions to the letter and wouldn't change a thing. It makes a lot and there was nothing left, this is on my make often list from now on
