Mexican Creation
"I don't know what you would really call this, but it tastes just like what they have at a local resturant we love. They put it on every plate, because it tastes good with everything. My husband loves it, and this is what I came up with while "playing" in the kitchen."

- Brown the hamburger, and onion.
- Add the refried beans, and salsa.
- Simmer off any extra liquid.
- Serve with tortillas, rice, flatbread, tacos -- .

This got rave reviews from my Mexican food fan DH! When he ran out of tortilla chips he made a couple of burritoes out of the mix. This will be made again. Of course I knew it had to be good...we use the same 'Wonderful Salsa' recipe here at Zaar! How can any recipe go wrong with it? It's a good thing summer is coming...I am running out of what was canned last year. If you are reading this review...give this 'Mexican Creation' a try!
