- 1 cup diced cucumber
- 1 cup diced mango
- 1 cup peeled and diced jicama
- 1⁄4 cup diced red onion
- 1⁄4 teaspoon chili powder
- 1 lime, juice of
- 1 pinch salt
- 1 pinch sugar
- cilantro leaf
directions
- Combine all ingredients; let stand at least 5 minutes. If waiting longer, mix in cilantro just before serving.
