Mexican Molletes Appetizer

"This is from my sister-in-law. Very simple and quick to make. Makes a great appetizer for last minute get togethers, superbowl parties, or late night snacks. Can serve with a salad for a cheap, fast meal."

 1. This was really interesting! We only had half a loaf of french bread left, but it went great with hot salsa (I like it chunkier than just picante sauce). I also used cheddar, but this was really great for just the two of us! I broiled this on high for about 5 minutes and it was just perfect!

I am a mother of 5 children who certainly keep me busy: In my free time I love to read and to cook for my family. I just wish sometimes they weren't so picky... I have a DBF of 7 yrs who is a worse picky eater than the kids. I have been a member of zaar since 2002, but have only in the past 2 years been coming here daily. I am now addicted to this site!! My son comments that I spend so much time looking at recipes that I will never be able to make them all...so whats the point: I love making new recipes, so we rarely have the same thing twice, too often.
http://i250.photobucket.com/albums/gg271/MrsTeny/Permanent%20Collection/PACSpring09Iwasadopted.jpg alt= />
http://i23.photobucket.com/albums/b399/susied214/permanent%20collection/Adopted1smp.jpg border=0 alt=Photo Sharing and Video Hosting at Photobucket />

http://i23.photobucket.com/albums/b399/susied214/permanent%20collection/IWasAdoptedfall08.jpg border=0 alt=Photobucket />
