  • 1 head lettuce
  • 3 tomatoes
  • 1 medium white onion (chopped)
  • 1 (15 ounce) can ranch style beans (washed and drained)
  • 1 (8 ounce) package grated longhorn cheese
  • 1 (12 ounce) bottle of catalina French dressing
  • 1 (9 ounce) package of small Fritos corn chips

directions

  • Add all ingredients together together except the Fritos and dressing.
  • Chill for two hours.
  • Add Fritos and dressing just before eating.
