Mexican Shepherds Pie

"A different spin on Sheperds Pie and very warming to eat during those really cold, winter nights. This is something that I just came up with on my own, throwing stuff together. It would probably be good with some diced tomatoes and black olives. It is very easy to make and good by itself."
