- 18 ounces shrimp, uncooked and peeled
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- 1 tablespoon oil
- 1⁄2 cup salsa
- 1⁄4 cup chopped fresh cilantro
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
directions
- Cook shrimp and garlic in oil for about four minutes, or until just.
- opaque. Stir in salsa and remove from heat. Stir in cilantro.
- Divide into four overproof bowls and sprinkle evenly with cheese.
- Place under broiler for 2-3 minutes, or until cheese is brown and bubbly.
