Ingredients Nutrition

  • 3 lbs beef stew meat
  • 1 (6 ounce) can enchilada sauce (hot)
  • 1 cup salsa
  • 2 teaspoons oil
  • 1 dash red pepper seasoning
  • 1 dash garlic salt
  • 1 dash black pepper

Directions

  1. Heat oil.
  2. Add beef; season as desired.
  3. Brown all sides.
  4. Add sauce and salsa; mix well.
  5. Simmer 1 1/2 hours or until meat is tender.
  6. **serve over rice, or like myself, with warm corn or flour tortillas, garnished as you would a taco.
